Building inter-agency resource models to maintain client production requirements while meeting unexpected budget cuts
Defining and deploying (first-ever) in-agency hybrid resources (myself being one of them, serving as a hybrid Producer/Program Manager on a few “road-test” engagements)
Constructing numerous custom tools for automating operational reporting needs, including utilization dashboards and resource/financial forecast modeling
Guiding large-scale agency technology shifts (meeting complex requirements while mitigating operational impact)
Modernizing legacy executional workflows and processes (for example, implementing our agency's dynamic display workflow to drive significant time and resource efficiencies)
SENIOR PRODUCER – R/GA, Austin, TX
Serving as the sole account Producer on a leading client within R/GA's Austin office, while also leveraging multiple opportunities to increase my experience/exposure to content production functions and responsibilities

Managing simultaneous large-scale creative campaigns from brief development to asset delivery and fulfillment
Serving as the primary liaison between the agency and third-party media vendors to develop integrated project plans (and institute change management procedures, as needed)
Responsible for developing the financial strategy, associated scope and resulting documentation for an annual multimillion-dollar engagement
Developed and implemented account-wide and project-specific communications plans to keep team members connected and projects in motion during the COVID-19 health crisis (and the resulting long-term work from home mandate)
Worked closely with team members to gain an understanding of their strengths, interests and technical proficiencies in order to provide tailored resourcing recommendations based on project needs
Collaborated with the creative team to identify production opportunities and pathways for which we could execute/elevate creative ideas
Partnered with the content studio team to identify, RFP and ultimately manage third-party production partners for a complex and multi-faceted experiential campaign
PROJECT MANAGER – GSD&M, Austin, TX
Managed a high-profile agency account while also working directly with the head of Project Management to create and deploy process improvements throughout the agency.

Developed and implemented a proposal to restructure project roles and responsibilities for both agency and client stakeholders, including launching the first client/agency PM-to-PM project communication plan on the account.
Allocated time outside of the demanding day-to-day account needs to develop numerous web-based agency and account tools such as automated budget trackers, resource forecasting tools, and estimating worksheets.
Served as a leading stakeholder in the rollout and ongoing maintenance/optimization of an agency-wide digital workflow tool.
Continuously recorded areas for improvement on the client account and presented detailed solutions to the agency’s executive leadership team.
Developed and lead a workshop with a client’s newly-developed Project Management team to provide 101-level education and the fundamental techniques related to Project Management and Change Management disciplines.
